All Tablet2Cases parcels are monitored with our Advanced Tracking System (ATS) that sends you regular status updates to make sure you never lose track of your goods. You should be able to track your package using link provided in one of the update e-mails.
All standard mail packages will be delivered by the main national postal services company (e.g. USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, La Poste in France, Correos in Spain, etc.)
If you can’t track your package using link which we sent you, try searching for it on the website of your national postal services company. Use tracking ID provided in the e-mail.
If the package seems to be missing, contact your local post office to check if the package is waiting for you there. It’s possible that the package was not scanned into the system properly and it’s impossible to track online even though it was shipped.
You can use the same method in case of expedited packages – simply search for it on the website of the shipping carrier used to send your package (DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc.) and contact customer support of that company to ask for further information.
