Expedited delivery: Couriers will usually try to reach you via phone to arrange delivery. Otherwise they may leave a note instructing you how to order redelivery or arrange local pickup.
Standard delivery: If your package is too big to fit in your mailbox/letterbox your mailman will most probably leave you a note stating where the item can be picked up. Please contact your local post office to pick up the package or order redelivery – there is a limited time frame before the undelivered package will be returned to us. This is usually 30 days.
